Lost Holiday Decorations in Watertown, NY
I spent Saturday morning downtown Watertown helping decorate for the holidays. Around 11:45 AM, I left a box of holiday decorations on a bench near Watertown Public Square while we tested the town's Christmas lights. The box contains a red velvet ribbon, a string of multicolor lights, and a silver star topper that finishes our display. I’m hoping a kind passerby sees this and helps me get it back; those decorations mean a lot to our neighborhood’s festive spirit.

I found a blue compact umbrella this afternoon around 3:15pm near the Watertown Public Library on Main Street. It's about 10 inches long when closed, with a bright teal handle and a tiny enamel cat charm hanging from the strap. The fabric has a few minor scuffs but the spokes look intact. It was leaning against the bike rack by the library entrance, waiting to be picked up. If it's yours, tell me the charm color and approximate shade of the blue fabric to confirm ownership.
