It is palm-sized, with a white ring around its neck and a tiny red leg band with the numbers CF-3. The bird is friendly, will perch on a finger for a moment, and chirps at other birds when they fly by. It seems well cared for, but clearly curious and a bit startled by people. I lost my blue reflective dog harness with a pink leash yesterday around 3pm near the Hy-Vee on University Ave in Waterloo. It's a small Rabbitgoo harness with a bright yellow D-ring and a tiny red heart-shaped ID tag that says 'Miso' on the chest strap. The leash is pink and a little frayed at the handle from a few pulls. This harness is sentimental because it was a gift from my sister, and I really need it back to take my pup on walks.

We were near the Cedar Falls Library and the Riverwalk by the bike racks when he bolted after a squirrel and disappeared down the side streets.
