Navy Samsonite suitcase with red tag

I lost my navy blue Samsonite spinner yesterday around 3pm near the Waterloo Public Library on Jefferson Street. It's a medium hard-shell with a scuffed top-left corner and a bright red luggage tag that sticks out when the bag sits in a rack. Inside are some conference outfits and a small photo album; it also has a white sticker from a charity event I helped run. It has sentimental value and I'm really hoping to find it soon, since that bag contains items I can't easily replace. If anyone spots it, I’d appreciate a quick note here with where you found it.
