Lost bright red bolt cutter with worn handles near the riverwalk in Waco, Texas.

I realized I lost my bright red bolt cutter while I was working on a project by the riverwalk in Waco. I had taken it out of my truck to cut some old locks, but I must have left it there when I finished. It's quite heavy and has some wear on the handles, and I really need it back as it's an essential tool for me.
