Lost brown leather briefcase with brass hardware

I lost my brown leather briefcase yesterday around 3pm near the Empress Hotel on Government Street, by the Inner Harbour. It's a dark brown leather briefcase, about the size of a small laptop case, with brass hardware and a slightly frayed shoulder strap. Inside are my work papers, a teal notebook, and a black USB drive; there's a red silk scarf tied around the handle and a small leather tag engraved with my initials 'P.K.' The case has sentimental value—it was a gift from my father and it feels like a part of him is in it. I really need it back.
