Bearded dragon with blue tail stripe

I found a bearded dragon this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the Utica Public Library on Genesee Street. It’s about 8 inches long from snout to tail, olive-green with darker crossbands and a bright blue stripe at the tail tip. It has a small notch/scar near the left nostril and has a calm, curious vibe, like it was used to people. I’ve kept it in a temporary terrarium with a heat lamp and some leafy greens to help it settle.
