Lost & found id cards in Utica-Rome-Oneida

Blue university ID with red lanyard and torn corner

I lost my blue university ID card this afternoon around 2:15 PM near the Utica Public Library on Genesee Street in Utica. It's the blue laminated student ID with my photo and the name 'Priya Patel' on it, attached to a bright red lanyard that shows a little wear. There's a small dent in the bottom-right corner and a tiny star sticker on the back. I really need it back—it's my campus access pass, and with exams this week I can't get into classes or ride the bus without it. If found, please return it to the Utica Public Library front desk or drop it at the campus security office; I’d be endlessly grateful.
