Lost & found lost contact in Twin Tiers NY/PA

Gray canvas crossbody bag with red interior

I lost my gray canvas crossbody bag yesterday around 3pm near the Elmira Public Library on Main Street in Elmira, NY, in the Twin Tiers NY/PA region. It's compact, about the size of a paperback, with a red interior and a brass zipper that sticks in the cold. There's a blue enamel fox pin on the strap and a coffee stain near the bottom corner. Inside I kept my student ID, a lavender USB drive, and a folded note with my grandmother's handwriting—she passed away last year, so it means a lot to me. If someone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back; it has sentimental value beyond the contents.
