Black canvas tote with red lining and blue butterfly keychain

Lost my black canvas tote yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Main Street in downtown Binghamton, Twin Tiers NY/PA. It's about 14x12 inches with brown leather corners that are worn and a bright red interior lining. Inside are a small notebook with my grandmother's handwriting, a few photos, and a blue butterfly keychain hanging from the zipper. The tote is my everyday work bag and has sentimental value; the notebook has family memories tucked inside. I really need it back; if someone found it, I'd be grateful to get it returned.
