Blue Ruffwear harness with ID tag found

I found a blue Ruffwear Front Range dog harness this afternoon around 4:15 PM in the parking lot behind the Walmart on Blue Lakes Boulevard in Twin Falls. It's a medium size with bright lime stitching and a reflective blue strap, and it's a bit muddy from a walk. There’s a small round metal ID tag engraved with the name 'Bailey' on the chest strap, though the phone number is faded. I know how stressful it is to lose a pup’s gear, so I’m posting this here in case the owner spots it.
