Lost brooches in New Philadelphia

I'm Olivia Hart, and I lost a pair of heirloom brooches while visiting New Philadelphia in Tuscarawas County this morning. I was at the Tuscarawas County Courthouse Plaza around 11:30 a.m., wandering near the riverwalk and a small outdoor market when they vanished from my tote. One brooch is a gold filigree with lilac enamel, the other a small sapphire set in sterling—both gifts from my grandmother, and they mean a lot to me.
