I lost my dog's collar while walking through the park near Riverside Drive in Tulsa. It's a bright blue collar with a custom tag that has my dog's name, 'Baxter', and my phone number on it. I last remember having it on him during our evening stroll on October 15th, 2023. If anyone comes across it, I would really appreciate it if you could reach out to me.
