LOST: Belts, Tulsa

Last Saturday around 7:45 p.m., I stepped out of the grocery store in Tulsa's Pearl District and realized my belts were missing from my bag. The two belts—the black leather one with a small scratch near the buckle and a brown braided strap—are staples in my outfits, so losing them threw off every plan for the week. I wandered along Guthrie Green and the surrounding streets, calling their names and listening for the clink of a buckle, but the wind carried only car doors and distant bass from a cafe. It sounds silly, but those belts carry a piece of my routine; without them I feel off-kilter and anxious about work tomorrow.
