Silver bracelet with turquoise heart charm

I found a silver bracelet this afternoon around 4pm near the Kansas State Capitol on 10th Street in Topeka. It's a slim, 7-inch bracelet with a turquoise heart charm that catches the light, and the back of the charm has a small engraving 'J.A.' The clasp shows a bit of wear, and there are a couple of micro-scratches along the chain. The piece feels well-loved, like it might have been a gift.
