Found a silver-tone bracelet yesterday around 3pm outside the Main Library on Adams Street in downtown Toledo. It's a slim, 7-inch bracelet with a blue enamel heart charm and a tiny engraving inside the clasp that reads 'LC'. It has a few light scratches but is otherwise in decent shape.
