I lost my dark brown leather briefcase yesterday around 3pm near the Promenade Park entrance along the Maumee River in downtown Toledo. It's a sturdy, medium-sized case with a worn look, and the front clasp has a tiny dent. The initials 'A.Y.' are embossed in gold on the front, and the interior is a bright red fabric that’s easily visible if you peek inside. Inside I had a few client papers, a black USB drive, and a notebook with my contact list. This briefcase means a lot to me for work and contains documents I can't replace. Inside there's a small laptop charger, a yellow legal pad with my initials 'A.F.' in the corner, and a teal-green microfiber lining that’s a bit worn. The outside shows a red fabric tag with 'AF' stitched on it, and the strap is detachable. This briefcase mattered a lot to me—it's practical and holds work materials I really need back, plus it was a gift from my aunt.
