Lost Avians in Texoma, Texas

At 11:15 a.m. Saturday I was cleaning the aviary on the porch of my rental near Lake Texoma when the cage door slipped and my Avians darted into the morning air. There are two small birds: one blue-and-yellow parakeet and one lime-green budgie with a shy expression; they’re lively and chatty, and I already miss their calls. I walked the shoreline behind Lake Texoma Marina and along the Denison Dam overlook, calling their names, but the wind carried my voice away. If you spotted them anywhere in the Texoma area, please give the site a heads-up; I’d be grateful to have them back.
