FOUND: Holiday decorations in Tampa Bay area

I found a bundle of Holiday Decorations tucked behind a tote on the curb last Friday around 8:15 PM near Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. The garlands were bright, with red velvet bows and a string of multicolored lights that still flickered when I brushed past. It looked like someone had started their holiday prep and then set things aside in the rush of the evening. I pictured the owner maybe hosting a last-minute gathering, and the scene made me smile and want to help.
