Cream mini lop rabbit in blue harness

I lost my cream mini lop rabbit yesterday around 4pm. It's tiny, the size of a large carrot, with soft cream fur, brown ears, and it wore a light blue nylon harness with a tiny silver bell. There's a small brown freckle on its left ear and one ear tilts a bit to the side. I last saw it near Cascades Park on West Park Ave, by the Civic Center, and I'm really worried—this little guy is a family pet and means a lot to us.
