Lost rare 1987 Thomas the Tank Engine collector's edition toy near Stillwater park.

I lost a rare 1987 Thomas the Tank Engine collector's edition toy while walking around the Stillwater park last Saturday. It might have slipped from my backpack while I was taking pictures of my kids playing. This toy means a lot to me as it's part of my childhood collection, and I'm hoping to get it back.
