Black-and-white terrier mix missing near library in St Joseph

Yesterday around 3pm I lost my black-and-white terrier mix near the public library on Main Street in St Joseph. She has a white chest, a blue collar with a small silver bone tag, and one ear that flops when she tilts her head. She's friendly but a bit skittish with strangers, and she tends to nudge the grass when she's nervous. I last saw her by the library steps near the coffee shop entrance, and I've been walking the area, calling her name, since then—she's my best friend and this dog means the world to me.
