Black leather Samsonite briefcase, lost near Riverfront

I lost my black leather Samsonite briefcase yesterday around 3pm outside Riverfront Market on 4th Street in St Joseph. It's a medium-sized case, a bit scuffed on the corners, with a slightly frayed top handle and a bright blue fabric interior that hides a tan leather card sleeve. There’s a brass initials 'RJ' embossed on the front corner and a USB drive labeled 'Project Atlas' tucked in the main pocket.
