ID card found near library in St George

Found an ID card this afternoon around 3:10pm in the parking lot behind the St George City Library on Main Street, St George. It’s a standard white ID card in a light blue plastic sleeve, about the size of a credit card, with a small coffee stain on the corner and a slight bend along the top edge. The card shows a photo of a man named Alex Chen and there’s a red sticker with the letters STG on the back. There’s a faint scratch across the hologram area, which should help confirm it’s the right one.
