Blue Penguin Classics paperback, worn
I lost my blue Penguin Classics pocket book yesterday around 3pm near the St George Library on Main Street. It's a compact paperback, about 4 by 6 inches, with a creased spine and a small coffee stain on the back cover. One edge has a faint pencil note that says 'For Mia' in a kidlike handwriting, and the pages are a bit dog-eared from daily reading. It was a gift from my grandmother and holds sentimental value, so I really need it back. If anyone found it, you can reach me at [email protected] and drop it off at the library's Lost & Found.
Autographed travel guide, dog-eared, 1998 edition
I lost my autographed travel guide yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Main Street in St George. It's a small paperback with a blue cover and a white sun emblem on the front, the spine a bit creased from years of use. Inside there's a red ribbon bookmark sticking out of page 112 and a pencil note in the back of the inside cover from the author. It's a printed travel guide, not a fancy edition, but it means a lot to me because it was a gift from my grandmother who loved wandering. If anyone found it, please get in touch; I really need it back.
Penguin Classics paperback of Invisible Cities
I lost my Penguin Classics paperback of Italo Calvino's Invisible Cities yesterday around 3pm, outside the Star Café on Main Street in St George. It's an orange cover with a red spine, about 8 by 5 inches, and it has a small crease on the lower-right corner and a faint coffee stain on the back. There's a tiny pencil lighthouse doodle on the inside front page and a blue ribbon bookmark peeking out a bit. It was a gift from my grandmother and is packed with notes for my thesis, so it means a lot to me; if anyone found it, I'd be incredibly grateful to have it back at [email protected].
Lost vintage comic book 'The Amazing Spider-Man #1' near bench by the pond in St George's Park.
I recently lost my treasured vintage comic book, titled 'The Amazing Spider-Man #1', which has significant sentimental value to me. I last had it while walking through St George's park on October 15th, and I think I may have dropped it near the bench close to the pond. The comic is in great condition for its age and has a custom protective sleeve. I'm really hoping someone might have found it and can help me retrieve it, as it was a gift from my late grandfather.
