Lost blue dinosaur plush toy with a heart-shaped patch at a park in Southwest Texas.

I lost my son's favorite blue dinosaur plush toy while we were at the park in Southwest TX. He was really attached to it, and we're hoping to find it since it's very special to him. It has a little patch on one side that looks like a heart, and it should be pretty easy to identify.
