Found a black leather briefcase this afternoon around 3:30pm in the parking lot behind the H-E-B on Alameda Avenue, El Paso, Southwest TX. It's a mid-size case, about 16 inches wide by 11 inches tall, with brass zipper pulls and a small scuff on the bottom. A tan leather luggage tag hangs from the handle and is embossed with the initials 'R.R.' The burgundy interior lining is visible when you unzip it, and there are a few papers and a charger tucked inside.
