I lost my black North Face Borealis backpack yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Main Street in Carbondale. It's a 28-liter bag, a little scuffed on the bottom, with a bright yellow zipper pull and a small stitched mountain badge on the front pocket. Inside there's my 15-inch laptop charger, a spiral notebook with math notes, and a photo of my grandma tucked in the inner pocket. The bag has sentimental value and I really need it back; it held some irreplaceable notes and a charger I rely on daily. I found this black North Face backpack last Saturday while hiking near the Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge in Southern Illinois. It’s a bit muddy, and it seems like it may have fallen off someone's back during their excursion. Inside, it has a water bottle, a couple of notebooks, and a blue pencil case.
