Black Samsonite carry-on with red dog-tag

I lost my black Samsonite carry-on yesterday around 3pm near Main Street and the Burlington riverfront in downtown Burlington, Southeast IA. It's a 21-inch matte black hard-shell case with scuffed corners and a bright red luggage tag showing a small fluffy photo of my dog. Inside there’s a gray TSA-approved lock, a white toiletry bag, and a travel-sized umbrella. One identifying feature is a blue star sticker on the top handle and a frayed denim strap I tied to the zipper for easy grip. It means a lot to me—this bag held important work documents and a keepsake from my grandmother, and I’m really hoping to get it back.
