I lost my gray tabby cat with white paws yesterday around 3pm near Falls Park in Sioux Falls, around Main Avenue and 9th Street. He wears a blue collar with a small brass bell, plus a little white heart-shaped patch on his chest. He's about medium size, a bit shy but affectionate once he warms up, and he has a tiny notch in his left ear from a past scrape.
