Black leather briefcase with laptop inside

I lost my black leather briefcase yesterday around 3pm near the Anacortes Ferry Terminal on 12th Street. It's a slim, about 15 inches long, with a brass zipper pull and a small dent on the lower-right corner. Inside there's a silver laptop, charger, a navy notebook, a USB drive labeled 'H2024', and a crumpled sticky-note with my name. The lining is bright red with a tiny whale pattern—super easy to spot. This bag means a lot to me; it has a photo tucked in the pocket and a note from my late grandfather. If anyone found it, I’d be grateful beyond words.
