Found ID badge with photo near Falls Park

I found a plastic employee ID badge this afternoon around 3:15pm near the Falls Park pedestrian bridge in Sioux Falls. It's standard credit-card size, white with a blue vertical stripe down the left side and a small photo of a person wearing a navy jacket. The back shows a round hologram and a light hospital logo; there’s a tiny dent in the lower-right corner and a faint barcode. The owner probably uses this badge daily for building access, so I’d really like to return it.
