I found a pair of gray Nike running shoes this afternoon around 2:15pm outside the Sioux City Public Library on 4th Street. They're size 9 men's, with a white sole and a coffee stain on the left toe, plus one bright orange shoelace tied in a double knot. The right shoe has a small scuff near the heel, but otherwise they're in decent condition.
