Black 12-inch skillet with lid

Found this afternoon around 3:50pm behind the Main Library on 4th Street in downtown Sioux City. It’s a black 12-inch T-fal nonstick skillet, comes with a clear glass lid that has a small steam vent. The handle is wrapped in a bright blue silicone sleeve that’s seen some wear. There’s a tiny chip on the outer rim and a few scratches along the bottom from regular use.
