Lost radios near Clyde Fant Park, Shreveport
I lost two radios around 8:15 PM on Saturday while tidying up my living room in my apartment near Clyde Fant Park, downtown Shreveport. One is a large walnut cabinet radio from the 1950s; the other is a compact portable model with a crank handle. They belonged to my grandfather and carry a lot of stories—the crackle of the dial and the tune from a long-ago Friday night. I’ve checked behind the couch, under the bed, and the closet, but they’re nowhere. If you found them near the riverfront or tucked by the curtains, please let me know; they mean the world to me.
Oak coffee table with storage found on Youree Dr
I found this solid oak coffee table this afternoon around 3:15 pm outside the Kroger on Youree Drive in Shreveport. It's a 48 by 22 inch table with a smooth honey finish and two small storage drawers. One drawer pull is brass and slightly taller than the other, and there's a tiny chip on the front right leg with a dab of white paint. The top shows a faint water ring toward the back, giving it a lived-in charm. If the owner sees this, please reach out; I’d be happy to reunite you with a sturdy, well-loved piece.
Lost light blue ceramic soup pot with white floral design and matching lid at Riverside Park picnic tables.
I think I left my favorite ceramic soup pot at the park during a family picnic yesterday. It's a light blue color with a white floral design, and it has a matching lid that fits snugly. We were at Shreveport's Riverside Park, near the picnic tables. I remember packing it into the car, but it must have slipped out during the rush to leave. I'm really hoping someone finds it!
