Found calico cat with blue collar near Steamtown Mall

I found a cat this afternoon around 3 PM behind the CVS on Lackawanna Ave, near Steamtown Mall in Scranton. It's a calico with orange, black, and white patches, white paws, and a little white bib, wearing a blue collar with a small silver bell. I also noticed a tiny notch in its left ear and a faint white star on its right front leg—small, unique marks that could help identify it.
