Blue DeWalt drill found near Steamtown

I found a blue DeWalt cordless drill in a black toolbox this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the Steamtown National Historic Site, near Public Square on Lackawanna Ave in Scranton. The drill is in decent condition with a few scuffs on the housing. It has a lime green sticker with a cat on the top handle and orange tape with initials 'K.R.' on the battery.
