Framed abstract art print with green tones

Found a framed abstract art print this afternoon around 1:15 pm, outside the cafe on 18th Street near the Scottsbluff Public Library. It's a 16x20 inch print in a matte black frame with a vivid green and teal abstract design and a small splash of gold. The frame has a chipped corner and there's a coffee ring on the bottom edge; a back sticker reads 'LR-07'.
