Found gray tabby with blue collar
I found a gray tabby cat this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the public library on 18th Street in Scottsbluff, out in Nebraska’s Panhandle. It has white paws and a tiny notch in the left ear. It’s wearing a bright blue collar with a small silver bell and a tag that reads 'Mia'. The cat is about 8-9 pounds, looks healthy, and was a bit cautious at first but warmed up after a gentle scratch behind the ears. It purred when I petted it. It seems well-fed and clean, which makes me think it might be someone's indoor cat that slipped out during the last storm. I’d really like to reunite it with its person. I lost my red reflective dog harness yesterday around 3pm near the Walmart on 10th Street in Scottsbluff. I lost my dog yesterday around 6pm near Walmart in Scottsbluff. He's a brown and white beagle mix, about 22 pounds, with a blue collar and a small dent in his left ear. We had just finished a walk near 27th Street when he slipped away and headed toward the parking lot. He's friendly but a bit anxious around strangers and he loves treats. I last saw him near the Safeway on 10th Street in Scottsbluff, near the Panhandle area, and I worry he wandered toward Panhandle Park. I found this sweet golden retriever wandering near the library in Scottsbluff earlier today. She seemed a bit lost but very friendly, wearing a red collar with no tags.
