I lost my blue insulin cooler bag yesterday around 3pm near the Panhandle Public Health District building on 10th Street in Scottsbluff. It's a medium-sized rectangular bag, about 8x6 inches, made of slightly worn blue nylon with a white label on the front that reads 'A. Shah' in black marker. Inside are two vials of insulin, a small glucose meter with a cracked screen, and a spare battery; the zipper pulls are lime green. There's also a tiny red heart sticker on the front pocket.
