Silver bracelet with hummingbird charm

I found a silver bracelet this afternoon around 3:40pm, lying on the sidewalk outside the City Market entrance on Congress Street in Savannah. It's a 7-inch sterling silver bracelet with a tiny cobalt-blue enamel hummingbird charm, and there's a discreet engraving inside that reads 'A.H.' The clasp is a sturdy lobster claw and there are a few light scratches along the chain from wear. It looked recently used, not brand new, and I figured someone must be missing it after walking near the fountains and shops.
