Teak mid-century coffee table
I found a teak mid-century coffee table this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the CVS on University Parkway near the UTC in Sarasota-Bradenton. It's about 48 inches long and 20 inches wide, with a lower shelf and slim tapered legs. The finish is warm honey teak with a few light scratches on the top and a small dent on the front left leg. There’s a brass plaque on the underside of the shelf that reads 'Made in Denmark'—a neat clue that might help someone identify it. Mid-century teak coffee table with glass insert
I lost my vintage Lane mid-century teak coffee table yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Main Street in downtown Sarasota. It's about 4 feet long, 18 inches tall, with a warm honey finish and a glass insert on the top, plus a lower shelf for magazines. The piece is in good condition overall, but the glass insert has a small chip on the front edge and there's a tiny circular burn mark on the underside of the lower shelf, which are pretty distinctive. It was a gift from my grandmother and has sentimental value, so I'm really hoping someone local might have seen it or picked it up.
