Gold hoop earrings with star charm

I lost my gold hoop earrings yesterday around 3pm near Stearns Wharf along Cabrillo Boulevard in Santa Barbara. They're about 1 inch in diameter, gold-tone hoops, with a tiny star charm dangling from one hoop and a faint crescent moon engraving on the inner edge of the other. They’re in decent condition, with a couple of small scratches from daily wear. They were a gift from my mom and mean a lot to me, so I’d really appreciate getting them back.
