Lost my gray tabby yesterday around 7pm near Mission Plaza on Monterey Street, by the SLO Creek Trail. She’s a medium-sized cat, about 9 pounds, with a blue collar and a tiny silver bell that jingles when she moves. She has a white chest and a small white patch on her left paw, plus a faint scar above her right eye—she’s got a few unique quirks people notice. This cat is my constant companion and a gift from my mom, so I’m really hoping she comes home soon.

It's about 1 inch wide, with a reflective white stripe along the edge and a sturdy silver buckle. The bone tag is engraved with the name 'Riley' and a phone number on the back, though the digits are a bit smudged. The collar looks lightly used but in good condition. I found a cockatiel this afternoon around 2:30pm near Bubblegum Alley on Higuera Street in downtown San Luis Obispo. It's palm-sized, mostly gray with a bright yellow crest and orange cheek patches, and it wears a tiny light-blue leg band labeled D7. The bird seemed calm and curious, perched on my shoulder for a bit before fluttering to a railing. It's clearly someone's pet—it chirped when I spoke softly and didn't seem afraid of people.
