Found Lonely Planet guide near Central Library
I found a travel guide this afternoon around 3:15 PM outside the San Diego Central Library on Park Boulevard. It's a pocket-sized Lonely Planet Mexico & Central America paperback, blue-and-white cover, with a blue ribbon bookmark that has a tiny compass charm attached. The spine is creased and there’s a light coffee stain along the back cover, plus a couple of pages dog-eared with a rough travel itinerary. It looks well-used but still in good shape, and I figured someone might be missing it and could use it for their trip. If it matches, I’m happy to return it to the owner.

Lost my Lonely Planet Pocket San Diego guide yesterday around 5pm near Seaport Village. It's a small paperback, about 5x8 inches, with a bright mint-green cover and a sun illustration; the edges are creased from being tucked in my backpack. It's the 2019 edition, and there's a frayed blue ribbon bookmark sticking out, plus a handwritten note on the first page with my initials 'P.P.' inside. This book was a gift from my aunt and feels sentimental—I'd really appreciate getting it back if anyone spotted it around Seaport Village, Embarcadero Marina Park South, or the Gaslamp Quarter. Found a worn paperback travel guide this afternoon around 2:15 pm near Seaport Village, along Harbor Drive, by the little souvenir shop. The book is a 6x9 inch paperback with a teal cover that's a bit creased from being carried around. Inside there’s a bright yellow sticky note with the name 'Maya' scrawled in neat cursive and a small hand-drawn palm tree on the first page. I think it belongs to someone who loves San Diego's hidden corners—it felt like a memory in there, and I’d love to get it back to its owner. I lost my copy of 'The Great Gatsby' while visiting Balboa Park last weekend. It has a navy blue cover with an old-school design and some of my personal notes written in the margins. I think I left it on one of the benches near the rose garden. It's a favorite of mine, so I'm really hoping to get it back!
