Lost ties in Salem, Oregon
I lost my navy-blue silk ties during a hurried stroll along State Street by the Oregon State Capitol, around 4:15 p.m. last Tuesday. I had paused at a cafe, and when I returned to the chair where I left them, they were gone. Those ties were part of my interview outfit and carried a lot of sentimental weight; I’m anxious about not having them for the big meeting. I really hope someone who found them will see this and bring them back to the right person.
Lost: Swimsuits
I was at the Salem Riverfront Park on Saturday around 3:45 p.m. after a quick dip at the Salem Municipal Pool. I left my blue swimsuit with a neon pink stripe on a bench by the carousel and turned back to grab it, but by the time I got there, someone else had moved on and it was gone. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s the swimsuit I planned to wear on our family trip next week, and it fits just right for poolside days.
