Navy blue US passport in leather sleeve

I lost my navy blue US passport yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Capitol Mall, across from the California State Capitol. It’s inside a dark brown leather sleeve, a bit scuffed at the corners. The cover is navy blue with gold lettering, and there’s a coffee ring stain on the back cover, plus a small travel clinic label tucked inside the pocket.
