Olive green North Face parka lost near Capitol

I lost my olive green The North Face parka yesterday around 3pm near the Capitol steps on 10th Street in Sacramento. It's a size M, with a detachable faux-fur hood and a small tear at the right cuff from a bike encounter. The jacket's exterior shows light wear and has the NF logo on the upper left sleeve; inside left chest pocket there's a red elastic key leash and a tiny blue sticker with 'S' on it. It was a gift from my mom and has sentimental value; I really need it back. If you found it, message me here and I can describe the exact inner tag and the missing key leash to confirm it's mine.
