4/4 violin with honey finish, missing in Rochester
I lost my 4/4 violin yesterday around 3pm near the Eastman Theatre on Gibbs Street in Rochester. It's a natural honey-brown spruce top with a maple back, ebony fittings, and a brass tailpiece; the chin rest is slightly worn. It was in a black nylon case with a faded zipper. Inside the lid there's a green velvet lining and a small faded sticker with the initials 'LJ' and the year '2017'—one clear identifying mark. The bow is not with it; the bow's wood is light and the grip has a blue thread wrapping I added last winter. This violin means a lot to me; I was preparing for auditions and it has sentimental value. If anyone found something matching this, please reach out—I really need it back.
Black Yamaha Bb clarinet with silver keys
I lost my black Yamaha Bb clarinet yesterday around 3pm outside the Eastman Theatre on Gibbs Street in Rochester. It's a black resin body with silver-plated keys, about 24 inches long, and there's a dent near the bell from a minor bump last month. The bell has a small yellow sticker with my initials 'ARS', and the hard-shell case has a red lining I can point to. It was a gift from my grandfather and has sentimental value; I have a recital coming up and really need it back. If you found it, please reply here or email me at [email protected]. I’m offering a reward if it's returned in person.
Found a digital keyboard in great condition on a bench at Rochester Park.
I found a stunning digital keyboard lying on a bench at Rochester Park yesterday afternoon. It seems to be in great condition, and I think it must belong to someone who was enjoying the area. If you can describe the keyboard or mention a distinct feature, I’d be happy to return it to you!
