I lost my white pill bottle with an orange cap yesterday around 3pm near the UR Medicine Strong Memorial Hospital on Crittenden Boulevard in Rochester. It's a small daily med bottle, about 1.5 inches tall, with my name 'Priya Patel' on the label and a faded blue sticker with a tiny star. Inside is my BP medication along with a tiny handwritten reminder: 'take with breakfast.' The label has a small coffee stain on the back that makes it a little easier to spot. This bottle is important to me; it has sentimental value because it was given to me by my late aunt as a reminder to take care of myself. If anyone found it, please contact me—I’m really hoping to get it back.

Yesterday around 3pm I realized my blue glucose meter with a white silicone case was missing. It was last seen near the Walgreens on University Avenue in Rochester, after I grabbed a quick coffee. The meter is small and rectangular, with a cracked display, and the blue case has a tiny green leaf sticker on the back. Inside the case are a few test strips and the last reading I took.
