Red reflective dog harness with blue leash

I lost my red reflective dog harness yesterday around 3pm near Riverfront Park in Davenport, Quad Cities. It's a PawGuard nylon harness, about 1.5 inches wide, with a black quick-release buckle and a matching blue 6-foot leash attached. There's a small paw-print patch on the left strap and a tiny fray near the D-ring, but otherwise it's in good shape. The harness is important because it's the only one that fits my rescue dog and helps keep him safe on walks. If someone found it, I’d be grateful to be reunited with it.
